Konya Konya has four differently presented Japanese gardens. Enjoy each unique view of the garden from your room, lobby and lounge. The special guest rooms facing the largest garden are the most popular rooms we have.The sounds of falling water in our lobby will relax your mind as soon as you enter our hotel. After check-in, we serve you green tea and Japanese sweets. Artwork and craftwork unique to the Izumo region are displayed in the lobby. Please have a look at them.

Fine dinner cuisine & definitive Japanese breakfast

Konya Our dining menu includes seafood from Shinji Lake and from the Sea of Japan, and vegetables are from the mountains of Chugoku region. Our food is so good that local people also come to eat at our place. The dinner menu offers local delicacies picked by our chef, such as Shimane beef, Inki snow crab, Nodoguro fish, and Mizudako octopus. Enjoy your evening with our Izumo Honzen dinner course which offers absolutely the best food of Izumo. The breakfast menu includes local rice cooked in a clay pot and miso soup with Shijimi clams harvested from the lake, grilled seasonal dry fish, Nigari tofu, and pickles. This is a definitive Japanese breakfast.

Information / Remarks

  • We have privately chartered baths. One is a large bath and the other is an open-air bath. Please book at the time of check-in. 1500Yen for 45min. Subject to time and availability.
  • Communal baths are open until midnight or 0AM. They open at 5AM every morning.
  • The last check-in time is 6PM if dinner is ordered. Otherwise 8PM.
  • As most shops and restarants close earlier at night, we recommend order dinner. Dinner reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance. Sorry but dinner can't be ordered at the time of your arrival. Japanese cuisine requires good preparations.
  • For you to enjoy strolling the town of Tamatsukuri Onsen, we can keep your luggage before check-in and after you checkout.
  • For payment, major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB and Diners Club can be accepted.
